Patrick WheatonNovember 20, 2024I don’t know that anything will ever dethrone Disintegration as my favorite album but thia one is the closest. It is a complete album. Every song is excellwnt and none are skipped. Song placement is perfect. I really can’t say enough for the album. Perfection.

Rob MurphyNovember 20, 2024What can I say, I love it. The orchestrations are vivid and lush. A few people I have spoken to are unsure of some of the extra long intros, I have advised to listen with headphones and let it sink in. The payoff is well worth it. Of course I would like it to be longer, but that will keep me on the hook for the next release. (Supposedly pretty much in the can)

AMKNovember 20, 2024Excellent new record from an all time great band. Songs Of A Lost World is reminiscent of the moodier tracks off Wish without sounding derivative or redundant. Beautiful from first to last song.

BrettNovember 3, 2024I feel like Songs of a Lost World is some of the best music The Cure has ever done. I've been a fan since I was 15 and I'm 52 now. The album is unique to any of the others. Having listened to it a few times I felt the same way about Disintegration when I listened to it in 1989. The albums since Disintegration have been great, but they didn't impact me the same way. Song of a Lost World does. I wasn't expecting to reexperience that again. I'm at a loss for words. Fantastic album.
